water in oil need help

i just replaced the head gaskets and the heads are not worped i cant figure out why my oil is still turning white can someone please help me figure this out

How did this start ? With an overheat or a loud bang/crunch ?

My 95 ram has been doing that for 100,000 miles, and still going. HAHAHA 318s rule!
