Guage Troubles

I lost my temp, and fuel guages together. All trouble shooting led me to a voltage limiter behind the fuel guage. I replaced it, and still no good. Any tip's?

Could be the cluster. Temp sensors hardly ever go bad. Heck, the wiring will go before the sensor.
