Wing Window Resto
Hi all,
New guy here here.... :-)
I am looking for a how to for wing window restoration. Specifically how to separate the chrome parts from the rest for re-plating on a '67 B Body part.
Anyone done this?
Thanks,
Z

Be careful with that. You need to remove the window to start. Then unbolt the vent window will come out as an assembly.. You will also need to replace the window slide runner that holds the window to the vent window assembly. The vent window is glued in, so a little heat with a hair dryer should get it to come loose
