1957 Dodge D100 Im looking to trade for Muscle
Looking for input on my ad to list the truck.. I'm a 440 4 speed muscle car guy.. looking for input or leads.. car is in Virginia Beach, Va so any trades will have to come to me.. no way to travel..
This truck is reliable and can be drive home and anywhere you desire
Starts on the first turn of the key
757 655 1140
1957 Dodge Pickup Truck with its original VT-538 code Hemi Poly Engine (315 ci, 204 hp, 284 ft-lb).
This truck has been restored at some time and has been professionally rewired with an EZ wiring.
Under dash looks show ready..
Has 215 70 15 upgrade and 255 70 15 in the rear mounted on red rally wheels with chrome moons
Frame was restored and looks very nice
Inside painted in mat black as well for the old school hotrod look
Engine left with original patina for the original hotrod look.
V8 with new exhaust sounds nice and throaty
The truck is pretty much rust free. A small dimple or two is select areas.
It has a bit of a rat-rod appearance without taking away from the original look with the mat black paint.. Truly back to the 50s era hotrod
The engine is well maintained and starts right up, runs perfect.
All switches, gauges, lights, and levers work as they did off the assembly line
Shifts easily as it has a 4 speed original on the floor.. very smooth
The bed is all wood and in excellent condition and the bed walls have been sprayed with a bed protective coating
This is a lot of fun to drive and get tons of looks and thumbs up.
I am looking for a muscle car, Ford, Chevy, Mopar, even a 4 door Jeep Wrangler.

Thank you..
this truck appears to have had a nice restoration but they kept the engine authentic.. it runs like its brand new.. no exaggeration... really nice... and smooth.. firewall is really clean as well as the frame and underside so I assume this was a frame off restoration at some time...
I'm a muscle car guy so for a period of time ill try to list this for sale before I pull the ad on craigslist in Virginia beach (Hampton Roads).. Interior is really nice too...

Hi.
I just got this nice truck delivered to Sweden.
Bought it in December and it took 2 months with boat to finally come home to me.
It was really expensive with shipping and all taxes but I think it's worth it.
After 2 months in a shipping container I pumped the throttle 3 times and it purred to life so nice. The driveline is all original and in awesome original condition.
My plans is to restore it to a nice driver, not a car show resto because this will be used.
Thanks

Welcome
It's nice that you followed up, start a thread on the truck and the things that you do with it, I'm sure there is plenty of interest in your project.
