Yeah, pretty much what lost said. What else, if anything, was done to the motor, rear end gear ratio, and purpose all factor in.
And what's "wrong" with the cam and heads that are currently on it?

in short, I would like more power...
The car currently has better engine cooling, transmission oil cooling, better intake, better carburetor, brake booster, long leads and a new 3" exhaust with H.. or what information should I provide so that you can help?
Thanks for the reply!

It all comes down to how much money do you have, what are your goals and intended use. There are a few Chinese heads with decent prices but I don’t know about the quality offered, Edelbrock manufactures decent heads but my pick would be the Trick Flow 240.
As far as the cam goes there are so many variables it’s hard to say what would be best for you with the limited information you have given but with a mild cam and good heads it’s easy to make 500 + hp and tq.

I think the main question that makes it hard to recommend what you're looking for is..... "will it be a street/highway driver used for cruising or are your plans prepping it for the drags with low gears.
Street cruising with vacuum brakes. I would stay with the cam Chrysler used in their magnum engines found in 383/440s 69/70. The cam is hydraulic with 268/284 duration and 45/458 lift. Chrysler boys put this cam in because it had the best performance but still maintained street drivability with accessories. Stock 906 heads worked great with that combination.
As far as at the track use, Others would be better versed than me as what to use such as Archer, Racer Hog or Iowan.

I don't plan to race the car on the track, I'm more interested in street racing. I would like to use it for rides, exhibitions.
I would like to get to some 500-600hp so that I can train the boy with his father's car of German brands :-D ..
so I think I don't need the very best and most expensive, but something with the best ratio of quality and performance
I was thinking about the max wedge heads, what are your thoughts on them and their use? Do you have any experience with them?
I apologize in advance for my poor English and possibly stupid questions, but I am an inexperienced amateur.

Your English is fine.
The only catch is the "street racing" part. That can get pretty serious in some parts, and basically means a full blown race car that might be street legal. For a more general purpose fun ride, Kuvasz's advise is pretty good, I'd just keep the total duration under 300 and the lift under 500.
Heads are a little different. A few years back, I spoke to Edelbrock, Trickflow and a few other head makers about going to aluminum heads on my 440. I told them I had ported factory 904 heads and a cam with the specs I quoted above. They all said the same thing, you'll save a little weight, but the performance gains will be marginal at best. I'm still using the cast factory heads.
If I were to go to aluminum, I'd probably go with the 440-Source heads, since they look the closest to stock, and have them ported. But that's just my take on things, since I'm not racing anymore.

The max heads work good on a 440 if you don’t mind giving them some time. But they are getting harder to come by and not something you want to modify.
I have a 440/500 that makes 650hp and 620tq with ported iron 915 heads. You can make just about any head make power with a little work.
