Searching for my old 1973 Plymouth Valiant

Hello All, I had a rough go of things in late 2014, early 2015, I drove from Chicago to Laguna Beach, CA in my 1973 Plymouth Valiant that I was living in at the time. I sold it to someone in Los Angeles and used the money to move into a house with roommates in Laguna Beach. I have since come quite a long way and I'd like to find the car and make an offer to its current owner. I am not sure how to find it and I don't have any of my previous paperwork, but if anyone has experiencing locating vehicles that could give me some advice, please let me know! The information I have is pasted below:

Mileage: 117,855
Body Style: Sedan
Exterior Color: Green
Interior Color: Green
VIN: VL41C3R281892 Engine: 6-cylinder
Transmission: Automatic
Drivetrain: RWD
Doors: 4
