Frame plates

Has anybody have a idea what these are for on my 1976 D100,I was thinking they were hold down points when shipping these trucks from the factory

If I am not mistaken.... I think that was for the Spare Tire Holder for under the bed of the truck.

Mystery solved,I talked to a Dodge mechanic,from where my truck was bought brand new and he said they were transport hold down plates
