My 69 coronet R/T

Hello fellow mopar enthusiasts , I finally picked up my 69 coronet R/T after years in storage , car is a basket case needing an extreme amount of hours , and 10 x more money than my wife will ever know !
so I started going through the car , or what is left of it, and a few things surprised me !
car has no engine or drive train , no fender tag . So im basically left with the vin number , and since it seems to be produced in venezuela , the vin number is not the same as in USA!
so now, what I have is a car that definitely had a automatic transmission, but also has a Dana 60 sure grip , has org 3 taillight , and org hood scoops + sidescoops ! So now my question is what is this freak , is it possible with automatic and Dana 60 , if it is 100 % a R/T? What diameter should torsion bars be ? Is there Any other significant things i should look for , tomorrow i will check the numbers on the rear end , but im very sure its org , noone here would have access , to a rear end like this . I will add some fotos

3rd taillight rear

Dana 60

Org hoodscoop

The 500 emblem in the grill obviously confuses me

Org sidescoops missing the inserts

Vin

If you can get behind the date tag see if it's been spliced in.
